Course content:

The aim of this course is to provide tools and techniques, aimed at SMEs, to drive their growth through business planning. We will cover the development of a strategic plan for the business, the strategist toolkits including tips on how to use SWOT and Porter’s forces tools in an SME context and we will approach competitive strategy to understand how to drive a competitive advantage out of a good understanding and analysis of a company’s environment. 

The course will include case studies and exercises to provide the delegates with real life examples in line with SMEs issues and priorities. They will build at the end a solid business plan for their company based on the findings over the course.
